Insomnia Cookies Launches New Insomnia Rewards Loyalty Program 

The late-night bakery sweetens customer loyalty in partnership with PAR Punchh® while offering free cookies and even more rewards

May 22, 2024 – Today, Insomnia Cookies, the beloved cult brand known for serving warm cookies all day and late into the night, announced the launch of Insomnia Rewards – the company’s new customer loyalty program designed to enhance consumer experience and elevate engagement across Insomnia’s network of over 280+ stores across the United States and Canada.  

The new loyalty program is in partnership with PAR Punchh, ParTech, Inc.’s industry-leading guest retention and offer solution, which will strengthen customer connections through rewards and increase traffic to Insomnia Cookies’ website and mobile app.

Insomnia Rewards Program Benefits

·       Earn faster & redeem sooner. Instead of earning just 1 point for every $1 spent under the current Cookie Dough program, customers will now earn 10 points for every $1 spent with Insomnia Rewards!

·       Get free cookies! New members will earn two free classic cookies on their next visit when they sign up for an Insomnia Rewards account and make their first purchase. Plus, Insomnia will load surprise rewards for our loyalty members throughout the year.

·       Enjoy rewards in-store! For the first time ever, customers will be able to earn points and claim rewards in-store at any one of our 280+ bakeries in Canada and the U.S.

·       No points left behind. All existing Cookie Dough Loyalty points and earned rewards will be transferred and made available upon launch of the NEW Insomnia Rewards program.

·       New reward levels. Insomniacs can now earn towards different reward levels and products and start redeeming in as little as 350 points.

·       Download the Insomnia Cookies App for the ultimate Insomnia Rewards experience! Inside the app, customers will be able to easily see their total points earned, any available rewards and all of the latest cookie deals and discounts updated in real-time.

Hempstead, NY (February 5, 2024) – Insomnia Cookies, the beloved cult brand known for serving warm cookies all day and late into the night, is set to open its first store on Long Island in Hempstead, New York. The new bakery, located near Hofstra University’s campus, marks the brand’s 21^st store in New York and 269^th location nationwide.  

Here to the rescue when that craving for something sweet hits (even at 3 a.m.!), Insomnia Cookies offers in-store, pickup, and delivery options for customers to experience the company’s signature warm, delicious cookies. From the Classic Chocolate Chunk cookie to favorites like Snickerdoodle and Confetti Deluxe, delicious Cookies IN Ice Cream flavors, decadent brookies, brownies, and blondies, a full slate of vegan options, and a frequently-rotating limited-edition menu, the brand’s offerings satisfy every sweet tooth – warm or cold.

In celebration of the new Hempstead location, Insomnia Cookies will be holding an all-day in-store grand opening event and late-night celebration baked full of freebies, treats, and more.
