PHILADELPHIA,
PA (February 22, 2023) – The Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center
have announced Insomnia Cookies, the
beloved local cult brand known for serving warm cookies all day and late into
the night, as the “Official Cookie of the Philadelphia Flyers.” As part of the
multi-year deal and the bakery’s first in-arena vendor partnership, fans can
look forward to frequenting two Insomnia Cookies locations within the New Wells
Fargo Center, which will be serving up the brand’s warm, delicious cookies and
signature Cookies
IN Ice Cream beginning this month. A limited assortment of Insomnia Cookies
will also be available at concessions throughout the arena and as a dessert
option in suites.
As the
“Official Cookie of the Philadelphia Flyers,” fans can expect Insomnia to create
in-arena signage and activations to build its ever-growing community of loyal
Insomniacs. The brand will be baking up even more Philadelphia-wide promotions beginning
February 24, including giving out a FREE Classic cookie with any purchase when fans
show their mobile app in-store the day after a Flyers home game win.
Additionally, Insomnia will serve as a presenting partner of the Flyers’ Student Rush
promotion, offering discounted tickets to local college students, and help to keep
the party going after home games by hosting several “Flyers After Dark” events,
where Insomniacs can celebrate sweet wins with sweet treats and might even
catch a glimpse of the infamous Gritty.

It also strengthens our commitment to bringing the best local food and beverage offerings Philadelphia has to offer to Wells Fargo Center.”

Plans for Global Expansion and New U.S. Stores in 2023
As the bakery continues to
own the late-night dessert space, it looks to deliver creative, craveable
products to 95% of U.S. households plus a growing global Insomniac community
PHILADELPHIA, PA (February 21, 2023) – Insomnia Cookies, the
beloved cult brand known for serving warm cookies all day and late into the
night, is expanding its footprint outside of the U.S. for the first time with
new stores in Canada and the UK planned to open in summer 2023. The late-night
bakery is also projecting to open dozens of new U.S. stores, maintaining its
explosive growth trajectory.
Insomnia will first enter
international markets with stores in the Greater Toronto Area and Manchester, UK
this summer, with opportunity for continued global growth. Consumers in both
countries expressed their excitement to soon experience Insomnia’s signature
classic, deluxe, vegan, and limited-edition cookie flavors, among other
products. Insomnia plans to continue their rapid nationwide expansion and open
dozens of new stores throughout 2023, working toward an overall goal of
