July 12, 2016 - Insomnia Cookies is set to open in Wilmington, NC. The newest location at 1040 S. College Rd. in Wilmington will open its doors to guests late this summer. The bakery, which specializes in serving warm, delicious cookies daily from 9 a.m. until 3 a.m., will satisfy thousands of UNC Wilmington Seahawks and locals alike.
Insomnia Cookies delivers cookies warm out of the oven and straight to their customer's door all day starting at 10 AM. Whether you need cookies for a meeting, just a mid-day pick me up or to fulfill a late night craving, Insomnia Cookies will deliver.
