(January 27, 2015) — No need to hide this love affair! Your taste buds are in for a treat. Insomnia Cookies will introduce its Red Velvet cookie February 3rd, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Insomnia Cookies, known for their warm, delicious cookies delivered until 3am will be adding Red Velvet cookies to their already popular line-up. The newest cookie offers the flavors of traditional red velvet cake with bites of soft cream cheese, will only be around while supplies last at most of Insomnia Cookies locations.

Insomnia Cookies is set to open in Kansas City. The newest location at 503 Westport Rd in Kansas City, MO will open its doors to guests this winter. The bakery which specializes in serving warm, delicious cookies daily from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m. will satisfy thousands of UMKC students and locals alike. 
 
Insomnia Cookies delivers cookies warm out of the oven and straight to their customer’s door all day starting at noon. Whether you need cookies for a meeting, just a mid-day pick me up or to fulfill a late night craving, Insomnia Cookies will deliver. Popular cookie flavors include Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S'mores Deluxe. The requisite pint of cold milk can also be added to any order. Insomnia Cookies also serves and delivers cookie cakes and brownies with toppings such as M&M's, and white chocolate chips; all of which make a great gifts for celebrations large or small.
