University of Oregon Gets An IntroDUCKtion to Warm, Delivered Cookies

July 26, 2018 – Eugene just got a whole lot sweeter! Insomnia Cookies, known for its warm, delicious cookies opened on Monday, July 23rd, 2018. The new bakery at 632 E 13th Ave in Eugene, is the company’s first Oregon location and will serve the population of downtown Eugene and University of Oregon.

Insomnia Cookies will deliver cookies warm out of the oven and straight to their customer’s door daily from 9am-3am and 11am-3am on weekends. The Eugene location serves popular cookie flavors including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe.
