Hidden behind a bookcase in the storefront of Insomnia’s 833 Wharton Street location in South Philly, the CookieLab is the ultimate dessert destination for celebrations big or small. With new customizable bases like Insomnia’s very own Cookies IN Ice Cream and brownies, blondies, and brookies, plus frequently rotating limited-edition cookie and ice cream flavors, the possibilities are endless when using your imagination. If it’s more of a streaming-and-chill night, these exclusive treats are now available for delivery through Insomnia’s website and app, so Insomniacs can enjoy their mouthwatering creations from the comfort of their couch while playing video games or binging their favorite show.
