Insomnia Cookies Is Now Open in Louisville Highlands to Satisfy Cravings Day or Late into the Night

LOUISVILLE (May 25, 2021) – Insomnia Cookies is officially open and ready to deliver warm, delicious cookies to the Louisville-Highlands community. Kentucky is making the summer a little sweeter as the beloved late-night cookie company is kicking the heat up a notch with their grand opening specials.

In celebration of the grand opening, Insomnia Cookies will hold an all-day in-store PJ Party with some sweet deals.

Grand Opening Pajama Party Details Saturday, May 29th

12 p.m. – 8 p.m. (in-store)
