What are your retail hours/delivery hours?

Most of our stores deliver from 10AM - 3AM Monday - Friday and Noon - 3AM on weekends. Some store opening times may vary based on season and location. To find hours of operation for a specific location visit the Locations page of our website.

How long does a delivery normally take?

On average deliveries take 20-35 minutes. You can check the status of your order using our Cookie Tracker or call us at 877-63-COOKIE (877-632-6654). Unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur that can affect our delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any changes or delays.

What is your delivery range?

To find a store in your area, click Order and enter your address. A map will appear that displays your address and outlines our delivery range. Because we want to ensure that our fans receive warm, delicious products we do not deliver outside of these delivery areas.

The tracker says my order was delivered, but I don't have it?

What is the status of my refund?

Do you have specials, coupons or discounts?

Yes! We offer a Deal of the Week, every week. The current deal of the week can be found on our homepage as well as on each store's menu. Sign-up for our e-club and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat to be notified of upcoming deals and special offers.

What is the status of my refund?

My order was cancelled, but you charged me.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Customers are automatically charged when their order is placed. If your order was cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card.

Why was my order cancelled?

What if my Organization is Tax Exempt?

If your organization is tax exempt, please email us a copy of State Issued Tax Exemption forms. We will modify your Insomnia Cookies Account so that in the future tax will not be charged.

Insomnia Cookies is not a franchisor and does not offer franchising in the U.S. or Internationally.

Allergy & Nutrition

Do all of your products contain wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?

Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens, including eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts. Insomnia Cookies is not an allergen-free environment. Although not all of our products contain food allergens, all of our products are baked or prepared in an environment where eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts are present. Due to the presence of such food allergens at all of our locations, we do not recommend consuming any of our products if you are allergic to such food allergens.

Do you offer a vegan or gluten-free cookie?

Yes, we do bake a vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie! It is available at select stores for pick-up and delivery. We also ship them nationwide. Click here for more information.

Our gluten free products are prepared in an environment where there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten. Guests with Celiac or gluten sensitivities should know that we will do our best but cannot guarantee that your order will not touch gluten somewhere in the baking and service process.
